We have been active in the Cyprus lettings arena for over 5 years. We are an ex west midlands married couple who visited cyprus ourselves on many occasions over the last 20 years, and stayed in hotels and Private holiday villas. After a purchase of a property in the Pervolia Village of Larnaca,We decided in 2004 , we wanted more to life than work and pay bills. Previously employed with Melanie being a nurse, and Andrew with Dhl.

we had set up our first property management website ,This became very popular within months, and we soon had our First new owners , looking for cleaning and management services within the Larnaca areas. In 2006 we relocated to Protaras , due to the amount of new owners who required our property rental and marketing services. Due to the demand from owners who required a property marketing / rental service, we developed a another Property rental and marketing website. The property rentals and marketing side of the business, has seen a remarkable increase in our core business now, and we continue to grow rapidly. New owners / developers / investors are all using our Property rental services, to increase maximum returns from their cyprus property investment. The holiday lets section is now in the sole control of Melanie, and the girls, and Andrew's responsibility is the long term rentals side of the company. Lettings Cyprus is becoming very popular, due to the high demand for long term rentals on the east coast of Cyprus. 

We are enjoying our lifestyle here in Cyprus, and hope this will continue. Meeting new owners, and assisting with all aspects of cyprus property , is what we love, and we are so pleased we made the change from our lifestyles back in England, and the west midlands.
